Who we are

Data Druid Tech Services Limited (RC 8918433) is an engineering and foresight studio based in Abuja, Nigeria. This notice explains how we handle personal data, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

  • Contact details you submit through our enquiry and consultation forms: name, email, organisation, and the message you send us.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, device and browser type) used to keep the site secure and measure usage.

Why we collect it

We process your data to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you ask us about, and improve our services. The lawful bases we rely on are your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate business interest in responding to prospective and existing clients.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and consultation records only as long as needed to act on them and to maintain our business relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example email and hosting), and only as far as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

Under the NDPA you may request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us using the address below.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, audit logging and regular backups proportionate to the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
