Registration data that everyone was tired of: collected at scale, hard to query, and risky to open up to AI without controls.
VIAS is built in layers. Stratum is a set of governed data tools: the AI never writes its own database queries, it calls tools designed to return exactly the numbers asked for. Elenchus builds dashboards on request, for example for one local government area, ready to share with your team. Briefs are one-click reports: the queries are already written, so a Brief needs no AI at all and produces a proper A4 document.
Our founder and CEO, Ibukunoluwa Omonijo, built Stratum and VIAS for the National Population Commission. Governance comes first in VIAS. Every request is checked against the access the user holds before any data moves. If your access covers three states and you ask about a fourth, the request stops at the governance layer, whatever the AI tries. The approach proved itself here, and Data Druid has carried it forward as Koine, a product any institution can run on its own data.
