What we shipped
Bookings for the hall and hotel lived in phone calls, a diary and handwritten receipts. Nobody could say at a glance which dates were taken, who still owed a balance, or which caution fees were due back.
The public site shows the halls, prices and open dates, and takes enquiries. Each enquiry moves through tentative, confirmed and completed on one record, with its invoice, caution fee, payments and A5 receipt attached. The dashboard shows revenue and who still owes, and staff work from a phone app as well as the web.
An events centre and hotel business runs its bookings on one platform: each event starts as an enquiry and moves through to confirmed, invoiced and paid on a single record.
