A multi-tenant platform that runs large training programmes end to end — from registration to paying thousands of field participants — with the accountability scattered spreadsheets could never give.
Running big training programmes and paying out daily allowances, travel and stipends to thousands of field participants is usually a mess of spreadsheets, manual bank details and WhatsApp — which leads to duplicate payments, rejected transfers and no real audit trail.
We built Muster, the productised successor to a UNICEF Nigeria training-and-payments system. Organisers schedule events, participants register themselves, and the system works out every allowance automatically and checks each bank account before any money moves. No single person can both run an event and approve its payments — so the money is always accountable.
